Demiurge. That's Billy's name as a god. And it's the eight for Dorrek. And I'm pretty sure if Carol EVER retires, Teddy will take up Captain Marvel because of his father.

I guess you could also call him Ted-Vell? Fun.

But, you're right. The titles they have between the two of them are unreal. Heh. I'd like to see someone more capable than me trying to string them together. (Hint? Hint?)

Yeah. I mean, in definition it is the intelligent creator of Earth and all life upon it, and according to what little research I've been able to do, possibly the origin of the Elder Gods. Which is interesting, because his magic is chaos magic, and chaos magic inherently derives from Chthon, the first magic user ever to exist on earth and the god of chaos who became a demon and who has been sort of plaguing the Maximoff family for a few generations. So hilariously Billy's magic, now that he's young and yet to ascend, is derived from his past-future-son?

Basically Billy is a headache to the concept of linear time.

I try not to think about their proper titles because if I have to, Billy's list gets long because, you know, the rather fluid state of time around him and his power. Which always leaves me wondering why his brother is so comparatively weak?

I don't really know my own biology either. The difficulties of being, well, one of very few of my kind left.

Fun? To prove I can? Research of history to find accurate information? Still, there's theories on how to balance time travel. One could theoretically use something, like a large stasis device, to take those peoples wiped out by a death on the scale your people have experienced, preserve them, let the destructive event happen, and bring them back in the future beyond the point where history as YOU know it, shows they ceased to exist.

Last time I dealt with any of my people, it ended with Xavin leaving with them, disguised as me. In custody. So, like... I dunno if any of that sounds like a great idea.

That said... time travel is pretty cool? We had Gert's parents' machine until recently but... well, long story short, 1000 years from now they're dealing with hungry god-creatures.

Sometimes I feel guilty about it, I guess? I have no idea what they are going through out there. And I'm here, and I've moved on, and I'm feeling better than I've felt in just about EVER, and...

Honestly, I half expect K'lrt will step in to help Xavin in a timely fashion. It's just a hunch. But that's not something you have to deal with.

And emotions are okay.

Fingers crossed, right? I'd like them to be okay.

I know. I'm just trying to find better ways to deal with the ones that aren't so productive! My therapist helps but... sometimes all the stuff I have to do just to keep myself normal is... well, it's hard work.
