julians brain had a limiter on his telekinesis bc if he unloaded too much too fast he'd probably blow his brain out
my powers were blocked because i didnt have the physical strength or the literal physiology to handle them
its not always a villain arc

julian is an asshole but julian got thrown out for trying to do exactly what scott was having me do behind the scenes so im not really convinced that he was a villain so much as scott summers is a hypocrite
and i was a reaver that is literally the opposite of having anything to do with my powers
