I just don't want to give up the girls or all the planting. I've been told help will be available, but I don't really trust they'll be the kind of help I want.

I really didn't want to lose another home.

Bart? At the end of the day your life is a bit more valuable than the planting. And the girls could be given to another farmer.

Long answer? I'm a mutant, of course I think it's going to get to that level. It always does.

My world, I think the worst it got were the events leading up to that war with the Amazons. When there's a high body count, it's always from the inside of the community, or a known rogue.

[A pause and then...]

NM, I get it. As I said, I'm working with R and G, and they arranged for me to maybe get some work where they do to pick up shifts. I won't be home as much, but I do want to get things sorted there before I make too many waves.
