Jean-Paul Marvel Comics speed_of_snark The Boss. David was shocked to see Jean-Paul here, but also not too upset about it. Already Jean-Paul is offering him some degree of emotional support. Upon finding out about David's adventures in MoM he teased that maybe David should take some time to chill. He's also promised to help David try and recover his memories of his sister. After talk in August, it was confirmed to both of them that they were from more or less the same point, and Jean-Paul has tried to offer some comfort to David, insisting he wasn't responsible for his own death and that he really was a good person that something bad happened to. In October David met a younger version of Jean-Paul, and ultimately didn't turn away the man's advances after the kindness and tenderness he was offered. While he spent most of October avoiding Jean-Paul, the two finally came to meet again and seem to have made their peace with the situation, agreeing to not bring it up again. Jean-Paul also gave David a reminder he needs to stop being an idiot and thinking people can't understand him. In December he helped David learn how to skate again and think to ask Quentin for help learning skating again.	Kyle South Park kyley_b A guy from Colorado that basically saved David from being Flupper's bride. Granted they had to pose as a couple to do it. The two have talked a lot already and started to bond over similarities, like pining for people you can't have (and are your best friend), having a massively fucked up life, and being super nerds. David, sensing Kyle's reluctance to do it, declared them friends early on, and tries to reach out when he can. Kyle's one of the few who knows that David's got a serious gap in his memories that is his little sister. In October the two started hanging out more and David found himself quietly judging Kyle's relationship with Quentin. They hung out together with Carter at a concert in October and Kyle judged him for sleeping with his boss. In November the two met again at the mall, where Kyle was caught up with mannequins. David saved him from that, and the two got to talking about their pasts and David admitted a bit of how fucked up he is. Kyle just wants to help support him as a friend.	Carter Marvel Comics (AU) extrasensory_problems A fellow mutant telepath. The two met when David first arrived, sharing quiet talks on mutantdom and identity and connections. August was more of a weighty month for the two, David finding Carter before he got the courage to find Jean-Paul. Their conversation covered a lot of things fucked up in David's life as an ImPort, and David found someone who would hug him and comfort him through his tears. David isn't going to throw around the term 'best friend in this world' so easily, but damn Carter's stolen the title anyway. They are finding a friend equilibrium and David is thankful for that, with the two talking about a band and David teasing Carter over the guy's crush on She-Hulk. Perhaps in time David can admit to real vulnerability he feels to the guy and through that start to truly learn how to heal. In the mean time, he might ask a less mean telepath to help him practice his shielding. He's started doing music with Carter, and is impressed at the guy's mental shields, but has learned the guy is a bit like him in that he's more interested in men that are trainwrecks. They hung out at a concert in October and were very close, affectionate, and laughing about things. Kyle was certain the two were dating, which both deny. Carter was a bit weirded out by David sleeping with Jean-Paul. The two spoke about David's loss of his memories, and Carter offered to be an anchor. The two met again that evening and they cuddled up together under blankets. They're now getting matching PJs. Carter admitted he doesn't want to go home, and he doesn't want to lose David and Kyle. All David could do was embrace him. He has, though, suggested that David should talk to Hawks.
Quentin Marvel Comics quire A telekinetic telepath that David knew growing up back home. Now, thanks to David's place on X-Factor and Quire with X-Force they are, in a way, coworkers. David often doesn't know if he should view Quentin with respect for all the growth he's gone through since he got the school destroyed, and Utopia attacked, and the annoyance he might have caused Kate, and so on. The guy has seemed to try and improve, though, so he supposes he needs to take that into consideration. The two got to talking more in August, and while they don't see eye to eye on a lot of things, David has asked Quire for help on learning to control some of his newer powers. He found out that Quentin is sleeping with Kyle a little and he worries about that. But he's also starting to spend more time with the guy himself. Offered to help David with his memory issue, and David was shocked at his kindness. But he was happy for it anyway.	Wade Marvel Comics what_fourth_wall Inspiration of so many of David's headaches already, and they haven't even talked that much. Wade keeps throwing David off balance and confusing him, but the guy did prevent David from accidentally blowing parts of himself up, so there's a bonus. David will of course keep in touch, but make sure he downs a few aspirin or whatever else he can find before he reaches out. In August David may have suggested to Sephiroth that Wade can't be killed. The guy seems set on it, oops. In October David spoke to Wade again, this time offering to make the guy a bandolier. Wade is trying hard to make David realize that Loki is MCU Loki, but David can't fathom that. The two fought over the use of skates.	Molly Marvel Comics cute_hats A young girl from home, part of the Runaways. David knew something of her from Tommy. They talked a bit about people they missed and how Kate was cool. Mostly though David found himself wanting to find some way to support the girl. Her presence has been rekindling his brotherly instincts.
Hawks BNHK nanban A man that David at first mistook for Jay Guthrie. Hawks comes from a world where people all have powers, and while David was helping the guy out by working on cooking some fish, they shared some discussions on the differences between their worlds. It seemed like both at least got to some degree how hard living in the other's shoes might be. Or at least, David knows he did. A world where everyone was special could just make things more volatile in his opinion. Still, he thinks Hawks is a really good guy, and he looks forward to running into him again. In October they spoke more on the network, and shared details about their worlds, including how heroism is codified in Hawks' world and popularity is carefully managed. They've shared some time in the tunnel of love, with cuddling. When David got stuck in a car in the mall world, Hawks came to save him.	Loki Odinson MCU dothelokimotion Loki, but not. David found the god in the markets in August, and proceeded to immediately treat the man as a familiar friend. It seemed like Loki didn't know what to do with that, while David just happily offered skin care advice. The conversation turned into David acknowledging he sort of understands Loki, or A Loki. Not the one that has absolutely hit on David in the past which is its own relief, and also a bit saddening. The not familiar with him, thing, not the not hitting on him thing. Seriously. But David told Loki that he is all patience and intends to be friendly at him. Loki seems to doubt it. In October David gave Loki a snake plush he won at a stall, and while Loki thought it was manipulative, David tried to stress that it was truly a friendly gift. The two have had a fight over the Oracle and David's feelings about his sister.	Sephiroth FF7 unkindled_madness A silver haired warrior that Wade CLEARLY fanboyed at David about. He was told the man was dangerous, but David hasn't seen that yet. In August David met Sephiroth in the markets while he was playing music at night. Sephiroth sought to know about Nordic music, and David played for him, ultimately proving that just because Sephiroth's world had an Odin summon didn't mean it was connected to Asgardians. The two spoke on Loki, and of course on Wade, and David mostly spent time trying to convince Sephiroth that trying to kill Wade was pointless. There was also some slight pushing by David to try and figure out if Sephiroth was a mutant too, but it got nowhere. In October David started to teach Sephiroth about riding horses, and Sephiroth offered to teach David how to ride a chocobo if one ever shows up. They made out in the tunnel of love and both are awkward over it. Sephiroth got locked in a car on the mall island and David helped break him out. He's since tired to teach Sephiroth about memes and the queer community. Later the two went figure skating, and Sephiroth started to learn frustratingly fast.
Scott Lang MCU mango_fruit_basket Ant-Man from another world. The things David has learned about Scott's world really intrigues him, but he has come to the conclusion that this Scott is not the same one as back home. But he was still happy to tell Scott about Cassie there and assure the man that his daughter wouldn't notice the passage of time here, that he could go back to her. He wants to support the guy, he seems so sad.	Roxy Gen13 gravity_grrl A woman near his own age who is very flirtatious, looking for people to stare at. She has gravity powers that she used to throw off his success at the stalls on carnival island. But he did win her an octopus. She's friends with Kyle and David doesn't much know what to do with the lady. They met again in the mall when Roxy and David were both book shopping. David was a dick over her sleeping with Deadpool. They started to bond after, though she was very upset that David avoided some things about his romantic life. He admitted he'd be happy to share details about anything but that at this point. They shared coffee and a lot of emotional information.	Chloe Lucifer detectivemiracle A detective from another version of Earth. She's emotionally involved with Lucifer back at home. From her he learned that even the darkest people might be able to find redemption, so he's contemplating that in a new way now. The two spent time dancing at a concert and David has begun to learn more about people in her universe and the truth of demons and angels there. They met again when skating and Chloe tried to encourage David to learn again.
Anders DA:I mewnifestos The new healer friend. In August the two met while out on a nature walk while David was VERY angry at the island for all it showed him. They gathered medicinal plants and got to talking. Ultimately the two have decided the place is frustrating and stupid and went to go get drinks. David also met the guy at mall island and David promised to show him around the foods offered there.	Angelo Original omertae A man David met through Scrywatch conversation. He seems to have offended the Oracle and earned vines growing under his skin. David offered to look at it and conversation turned to brush over the complexities of whether David really should consider himself a doctor or not.	Elenore OC hostile_encounter A woman David met in August who is part scientist, part brainiac, all sorts of shady. David actually doesn't know how to take the man and his presence. The two talk about the symbolism of flowers but mostly about the strangeness of the life cycle of the island. The two resolved to investigate together by trying to catch small field mammals and study them. Science bros!
Cleo DCEU ratcatcher_2 A woman he met at a concert. They laughed and danced and hugged a lot. David, out of his mind with candy, talkd about his sister.	Nulo The Touch of Sunlight welltakerwishgiver Offered David a wish to try and help with his dreams. The two spoke on the nature of the fallibility of wishes and how they could hurt people, how David wasn't even certain about whether he was good or not. He also expressed a LOT of concern over Nulo's situation back home, how others were mad at Nulo for their own decisions and Karma.	Logan Marvel Comics howlett Is apparently here. David was shocked to learn this when they met at the mall. David teased Logan over trying to cut his way out, and scaring a girl. Now David's shocked that Logan doesn't know what Black Friday is. But he does know Men in Black? Man David is confused
Chloe Detroit Become Human neverwither An android! She talked about trying to help him with his memories if he was a machine. But as he is human she couldn't help. The more they talked the more David wanted to learn about her and become friends. He told her he was okay with synthetic people because of his pervious experiences. What's more they've decided they should try and meet each other so they can see if David can interface with her thanks to his technopathy.
