It is terrifying, and it's also ... grounding. Every time Balthier leaps, David either catches him, or leaps too. And that's wondrous.

"And we don't need to figure this out today, but whatever we need to adjust so you have the workspace and lifestyle you need -- if we're going to do this, it's our space, alright? I don't want you feeling like you're trying to squeeze in around me."
He does know enough to know David might try and then get frustrated on things that wouldn't be that hard to solve.
